Step 1.

Click on Setting on your menu Bar to gain access to the settings menu.

Step 2

Scroll down to Battery and Device Care.

Click on Battery and Device Care to open the device care menu, this menu contain details about the device battery, Storage information, Memory, Device protection and additional care which includes Auto optimisation, device protection, software update and maintenance mode.

Step 3

Click on Memory on the device care Menu. This menu contain information about the device RAM which also includes apps running on the background, Excluded apps and RAM Plus

Step 4

Click on RAM Plus. This open the RAM Plus menu on this menu the RAM Plus button is already toggle on with information about what the RAM Plus is used for on the devices.

Step 5

On the drop down menu click on the desired RAM size of your choice and click on restart to change the amount of internal storage used as virtual memory.

Step One

Click on Settings, this menu contains different items on how to customise your smart phone

Step Two

Click on Battery and Device Care to get to the device care menu.

Step Three

Click on memory to get access to the memory menu

Step four

This menu contains apps running on the background, click on clean now to remove apps running on background to save up storage space.
